So here's what we think...

Finding good gluten-free pizza is tough, especially for any occasion when all your friends are ordering pizzas and you don’t want to be left out. But thanks to Oath Craft Pizza, you can have pizza that has wholesome ingredients, a gluten-free crust that actually tastes good, and even make it vegan if you want…

Oath Craft is unique because their ingredients are an upgrade from your typical fast-casual pizza. All the crusts are cooked in avocado oil, all the meats are either certified humane or on their way to being certified humane, and all their ingredients are ethically and sustainably sourced. They rotate their menu seasonally and have specially crafted pizzas to reflect that.

There’s a set menu you can choose from, which has combinations of unique ingredients under fun names, but you can also get a “Selfie,” which is what they call their build-your-own pizza option. If you can’t decide on one pizza (like us), you can split a pizza half-and-half so you can try two pizzas in one.

Need something to supplement your pizza? Oath Craft also has salads that are an upgrade from the typical romaine salad at most pizza joints. They bring together a medley of both seasonal ingredients with gluten free dressing for a salad that shines on its own. Also available: wine, beer, handcrafted sodas, and a variety of other drinks.

The best part (for hangry or impatient customers) — their pizzas come out of the oven in record time so you don’t have to wait too long for your food.

If you have Celiac Disesase, there may be cross-contamination, but Oath Craft has said that many of their customers do have Celiac and do not have a problem here.
