Hellooo. In this episode of NOBREAD Cooks, we are tackling overnight oats!
This could not be an easier breakfast option even if it tried. It’s now a great and actually tasty way to eat your oatmeal, just like ya mama wanted you to do when you were 5. Except, now, it looks pretty!
What You Will Need:
1 cup rolled GLUTEN FREE oats (I use Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free, found at Whole Foods)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract (optional)
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Pour all the ingredients into a bowl, stir well with the whisk (or a fork if you don’t have a whisk), chill in fridge for 45 mins to 1 hour or overnight. Serve and enjoy!!
