At NOBREAD, our goal is to go into the hottest restaurants and feature their gluten-free items, showing that you CAN find something to eat at a hotspot or restaurant that isn’t dedicated gluten-free. What happens then when a hotspot opens, AND it’s already 100% gluten-free? Well we go in, devour the ENTIRE menu, and praise the owners for opening such an establishment. That is the case here at 99 Bank. 99 Bank has been on our must-try list since opening its doors in late 2016 and one brunch was all it took for us to fall in love…
Everything at 99 Bank is 100% gluten-free, meaning no risk of cross contamination and a plethora of menu options. We opted to go in for brunch, because let’s be real, we don’t know how to turn down gluten-free pancakes especially after a big night out. The Buttermilk Pancakes with fresh maple syrup was the first we tried, and assured us we were in for an incredible meal. No brunch is complete without trying egg dishes, so we tried the 99 Bank Sandwich which consists of Smoked Bacon, Avocado, NY Cheddar, and Potato Hash and the Eggs Benedict complete with Poached Eggs and a Jumbo Crabcake. How often do you see a GF Crabcake?! Not enough! Although we were full, we made room for the House-made Cranberry Quinoa Granola, House-made Sausage, and French Fries. Everything was delicious, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. I can’t even begin to explain how nice it is to go to a restaurant and not have to worry about whether or not what you’re eating is actually NOBREAD-approved!
We can’t get over how amazing our brunch was, so it’s only a matter of weekends before we’re back again. Or we’ll just have to come back in for dinner. A gluten-free pizza, pasta, ARANCINI and more are screaming our name! Thank you again, 99 Bank, for the generous hospitality, we loved our meal!
