So here's what we think...

Andy’s Pure Food is any gluten free person’s dream! Raw, Wild, Vegan, Organic is the motto at Andy’s, so you know you will be receiving fresh and healthy selections. If you’re the type of person that likes a little bit of everything at once, you’ll love Andy’s. The food is made fresh daily and displayed on large trays and bowls that lay on ice blocks by a clear glass so you can see exactly what your choices are. Each dish is made only with extra virgin olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon juice and Himalayan sea salt. Healthy, healthy, healthy! Since I had no time to sit at a table, I grabbed my lunch to go! I chose 3 different salads: an asparagus/cherry tomato/lemon salad, the Raw Chopped salad of broccoli/cabbage/cauliflower/carrots, and red cabbage and kale. I also had a Portobello mushroom stuffed with tofu and peppers. To polish it off I grabbed an Alkaline Water. Andy’s is the perfect place to stop for a smoothie after the gym or grab lunch with friends. Everyone can order exactly what he or she likes and how much of it he or she wants. Your food from the salad bar is weighed. If you are more of a soup and sandwich person, gluten free bread is offerend and soups are GF, too! If you like juice cleansing, there are two three-day cleanses, a seven-day cleanse and the option of customizing your own!

Next time, I want to grab a Jumping Jack smoothie: banana, nut milk, almond butter, agave, and cinnamon. I’m envisioning it tastes like the childhood classic lunch sandwich: peanut butter, banana and honey sandwich. How can you go wrong with that?!
