The entire menu at OCA is gluten-free with vegetarian and vegan options, as well. Since everything is freshly made, we enjoyed one one of the infused teas while we waited for our crepes to be ready. It was the perfect way to relax and take in the charm and decor of the cafe.
We first had the OCA #3, which is a folded crepe with scrambled eggs, dried tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala, truffle oil and parmesan cheese crust. The crepe itself was light and crispy and the ingredients tasted fresh. We then had the Eggs’n’oca #2, which is an open faced crepe topped with eggs, prosciutto di parma, mozzarella di bufala, and hydroponic basil. This, too, was light and delicious.
We’re happy OCA arrived to New York with its cozy setting, kind staff, and amazing gluten-free menu. We’re looking forward to going back and trying the sweet crepes next time!
