Nikki’s Coconut Butter is gluten-free, soy-free, egg-free, and dairy-free and made with organic coconut! Coconut butter is made from the meat of the coconut, similar to how peanuts are used to make peanut butter. The butter is already very popular, especially amongst people in the paleo community who use it instead of sugar to sweeten desserts! It’s amazing in smoothies, acai bowls, and coffee, or on fruits and rice cakes. Nikki’s come in flavors including dark chocolate fudge, vanilla cake batter, macadamia nut cookie, honey pecan pie, and chocolate hazelnut brownie! I absolutely love the dark chocolate fudge– it’s super chocolatey and amazing! The vanilla cake batter is also great, especially when used for smoothies with dates and bananas! My favorite thing to do is to combine the two on a rice cake, and make my own “black and white” cookie! Since coconut butter has coconut oil in it, the texture of the butter will vary from jar to jar based on the temperature.
