Gardner Junction was opened this summer by Owner and Chef Steve Brown, who created a farm fresh inspired menu. The restaurant offers delicious a brunch, lunch, and dinner menu with unique and modern American style cuisine and great gluten-free options!…
The atmosphere of Gardner Junction fits the name perfectly. Located on the busy corner of Sunset Boulevard and Gardner Street, the restaurant is hard to miss, especially with its distinguishing clock out front. The bar of the restaurant is outside and there are communal tables surrounding it, keeping it an open and friendly place for an after work drink or glass of wine.
The tacos were by far my favorite dish that I ordered, and they were gluten-free thanks to the corn-based tortilla shells! Both the crispy chili lime pork belly and the kimchi short rib are gluten-free and to die for. The tacos had a variety of spices and mixed well with the house-made avocado crema and salsa. Everything at Gardner Junction is house-made and fresh from a local farmers market.I guarantee the items that you find on this menu are difficult to find anywhere else, especially with such a wide variety at a great price. The dishes look like works of art and the taste doesn’t disappoint.
Gardner Junction encourages its diners to start their mornings with a healthy work out at Runyon Canyon, located close by, and come in for a fresh gluten-free brunch right after. The chef is accommodating to a gluten-free diet and will easily, and happily, substitute or discuss options available!
