Avocado pesto is a great sauce of any dish. I use it when sautéing it with chicken, smearing it on zoodles or even spreading it on toast. It’s a great recipe that can be used in a variety of dishes as a creamy substitute to pesto.
What You’ll Need:
1 sprig of parsley
What You’ll Do:
- Mash avocado until creamy
- Add pulverized parley leaves to the avocado and mix until combined (use a food processor for this)
- Spritz a little lime juice for taste
- Spread on any dish you wish!
That’s all it takes (about 5 minutes to be exact)
