Sweet Note Bagels are one of the best NOBREAD bagels on the market. Michelle MacDonald founded the company in 2012, after her grandfather and sister were diagnosed with Celiac. My local coffee shop, The Bean, serves them and I’ve been a fan for a while now. Not only are Sweet Notes gluten-free, they’re also soy-free, non-GMO, and vegan! Be warned, they’re slightly smaller than your average bagel. Personally, I like that because bagels can be so carb-heavy! Sweet Notes come in plain, everything, cinnamon raisin, poppy, and sesame. Plus, this winter they added snickerdoodle and pumpkin spice flavors! The dough is made from white rice and tapioca flour, and all bagels clock in around 300 calories. I use plain to make pizza bagels in the oven (how could I resist) and I love spreading almond butter on the pumpkin spice! You can find Sweet Notes in 16 states, or order them online. Their website is awesome, and they have creative recipes like french toast and bread pudding! I highly recommend checking them out!
