If you’re active on social media, particularly TikTok, then you’ve seen the infamous Crumbl Cookies. But sadly, if you are gluten-free you have yet to try them! Well now you can! We are making the infamous Crumbl Cookies, but making them gluten-free and vegan, so this NOBREAD fam has the chance to indulge. Now we just really need to get these on the Crumbl menu…
What You Will Need:
Frosting:
1 1/2 Cup overnight soaked cashews
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 Tbsp maple syrup
Cookie:
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Gluten-free Sprinkles
What You Will Do:
For the Frosting:
Soak cashews in water overnight.
Later, drain the water and blend the cashews with coconut oil, coconut cream and maple syrup in a blender until smooth.
Let the frosting cool in the fridge at least for an hour.
Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 350F.
Then mix the coconut flour, almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Add as many gluten-free sprinkles as you want.
Roll dough into balls and press them on a baking sheet using your hands to form a cookie shape.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Let your cookies cool for 30 minutes and then add your frosting.
Add some extra sprinkles and cookie crumbles on top! ENJOY!
