2024 was the first year where I can honestly say my health was GOOD. The whole year. and if you struggle with autoimmune or underlying health stuff, you know how hard it can be to feel GOOD, even when you’re doing all the right things.

Weight training, doubling down on protein and high quality meat, and my wellness routine are absolutely to thank, and I’ll be focusing on it all again in 2025. Cheers to a STRONG 2025!! Last year we sat down on New Years Eve and wrote out everything we wanted to accomplish and manifest for the year. Then one month into the year we were hit with a mudslide, Ben had an unexpected surgery, a work endeavor fell through; the list went on. Honestly, it felt like life just didn’t want to go our way. But that’s life !! This year I’m writing down all the things I hope to achieve, but with no stress or hopes or expectations. Just appreciation for the life and love we continue to build. And the trust that all of our dreams and intentions will come true… In the right time.

What I eat In a day for Healthy Hormone Balance! 🍳🥑🍪

I know- you’re sick of hearing me talk about it, but start your day with protein! My health (per bloodwork and generally how im feeling) is the best it’s ever been, and I really credit it to my protein + wellness routine! A huge part of my wellness routine includes my supplements, and I’m so happy to announce @grunsdaily is now at Sprouts nationwide!! Grüns are comprehensive green gummies that Ben and I eat every day and are obsessed with. They have 20+ vitamins and minerals and 60 wholefoods. I personally love the sugar free ones- they are also GF, V, and no artificial anything!! I feel GREAT when I eat these and i can’t say that about pretty much any other gummy.
