I’ve made Strawberry Bark, Cookie Dough Bark, and Banana Bark, but now it is time for Christmas Bark. This treat is so fun and easy to make, people of all ages will enjoy!!
Recipe:
1.5 Cups Almond Flour
1/4 Cup + 2T Maple Syrup
2/3 Cup Peanut Butter (or almond butter)
DF Chocolate Chips
DF White Chocolate Chips
Oil for melting the Chocolate
Christmas Sprinkles!
What You Will Do:
In a large bowl, mix together Almond Flour, Maple Syrup, and Peanut Butter.
Place parchment paper in a brownie tray, and add batter to the tray. Pat down until smooth.
Freeze
Wait at least an hour before the next part!
Separately, melt chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. (I place in a microwavable dish and add olive oil and melt).
Pour the melted chocolate onto the bark. Mix up the white and dark chocolates!!
Immediately add Christmas Sprinkles, and freeze.
Again, wait an hour before breaking apart and serving.
