My super crispy potatoes are live! And let me tell you, making them is a lot easier than you think. Here’s the HACK! add 1 tsp of baking soda and salt to your boiling water. I’ve cooked potatoes every and any way, and this method is by far superior!!
What You’ll Need:
1 bag russet or yukon gold potatoes
1 tsp baking soda
salt, and any other seasonings of your choice!
What You’ll Do:
Peel and dice potatoes.
Bring water to a boil, and add 1 tsp baking soda and salt.
Boil on high for 8-10 mins until a knife pierces through with ease.
When you strain, toss well to rough up the edges.
Place in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, and pepper, and any other seasonings you like on your crispy potatoes.
Cook at 450 for 20 mins, flip around, and cook for 10 minutes more. The crisp in INSANE. Enjoy!
