Upon sitting down at Bistango, your waiter/waitress will ask you if you have any food allergies. Gluten free? There is a bread for that. Gluten AND Dairy free, there is a bread for that, too! Practically everything on the menu can be made gluten free and the waitstaff and kitchen are extremely accommodating. My favorite orders are fusilli Bistango with GF penne noodles (pasta with chicken, broccoli, sun dried tomatoes, and pink sauce), the grilled salmon with lemon, capers, white wine sauce, and vegetables, and the GF meatballs.
Bistango is quaint and home-y, and perfect when you are craving a filling, guaranteed GF meal. Nice little spot for dinner with your parents or to catch up with a friend. Gluten free dessert options as well!
