If you like to go out, and when I say go out, I mean go out BIG, then you’ve likely been to Hyde. Brought to Los Angeles by the SBE Group, Hyde Kitchen + Cocktails is a go-to hotspot for the LA scene-ster crowd. I’ve been to Hyde a few times now, and never would have guessed that the lounge is known for more than just good music and a wild scene. The restaurant serves a full menu of American cuisine, and the food is pretty awesome!…
The food at Hyde is NOBREAD friendly, and I was happy to learn that several of the lounge’s most popular dishes are gluten free! The crispy brussels sprouts are super popular, as is the grilled smokey cauliflower, and these are great appetizers to kick off your meal. For a main course, I highly recommend the seared scallops and grilled salmon for the ladies, and for the guys in the group, the Petite Filet Mignon is gluten free, as is the NY Steak Frites and 40oz Bone in Rib Eye. The fries, and anything else cooked in the fryer, is subject to cross contamination, so if you are sensitive to CC use judgment. Other NOBREAD favorites include the 4LB lobster with no croutons, roasted duck breast, and halibut.
Hyde is the perfect place to celebrate your birthday or get together with a large group of friends. Awesome scene, great food, and cool vibe, I definitely recommend grabbing some dinner at Hyde before your wild night out.
