Not only do they have salad and rice bowls available, but they also have gluten-free chilled somen noodles that satisfy your appetite for hours. Korilla also has a food truck that is located at 47th and Park Ave Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and they are located at Front St and Gouvener Lane in FiDi on Wednesdays. Korilla is one of the many restaurants in New York that have adapted to the quick New Yorker consumer lifestyle. The ordering process is assembly line style, guaranteeing you to have your meal in lightening speed. You first decide whether you want a rice bowl, salad, or chilled somen noodles. From there, you pick a protein. Unfortunately, the tofu is the only gluten-free protein available, but I was absolutely blown away by how delicious it was. For a topping, you have many options to pick from, such as sticky or purple rice, black beans, red kimchi, sweets corn and snap, and more! To make your order complete, choose from one of the 5 gluten-free sauces that range from mild to super spicy. Regardless of the spice level of your choosing, you’re going to want to try one of the refreshing teas available to cool down your throat. If you are a Korean food lover or have never tried Korean food, this is a great place to start. Your gluten-free and non gluten-free friends will thank you for introducing you to Korilla, and thankfully your vegan friends can enjoy too!
