Little Dom’s is an adorable restaurant that I am so thrilled to have found. Serving Italian cuisine, Little Dom’s adds flavor to Los Angeles’ Los Feliz neighborhood. The restaurant is the ultimate neighborhood spot, and one visit will have you wanting more… after your food coma wears off! …
Upon seeing the menu of classic Italian cuisine and dishes, I was a bit nervous that the restaurant wouldn’t cater to my gluten-free diet. Well I was VERY wrong! Salads and antipasti, gluten-free pasta, fritatta’s, fish and meat dishes and more fill the menu of Little Dom’s, and all are okay for the NOBREAD crowd. To start, I highly recommend ordering the grilled artichoke and any of the restaurant’s salads. My table opted for the panzanella with NOBREAD, but I have my eye on the grilled shrimp and chopped spinach for my next visit. All meatball dishes, pizzas, and sandwiches are off-limits, but for the gluten-eaters out there, I hear the meatballs are pretty awesome. Next, we ordered the Grilled Albacore Salad which consisted of two perfectly cooked chunks of tuna with arugula… it was delicious! We also ordered the gluten-free tagliatelle which definitely was the most photogenic dish of the afternoon. Lastly, round out your meal with gluten-free sides! The sautéed spinach and fried potatoes are necessary additions to your meal, and I can’t even put into words how amazing the fried potatoes were! I may or may not have eaten the whole thing…
The breakfast menu is served at lunch, too, and many of the dishes that aren’t gluten free can be made gluten free by asking for NOBREAD! I have my eye on both frittatas for my next visit, and all of the benedict/bruchetta dishes look amazing, too! NOBREAD, of course.
