With locations in Amagansett and East Hampton, Mary’s caters to beach go-ers across the Hamptons, and serves delicious breakfast, lunch and treats. I spend my summers in Montauk, yet every Saturday I make the drive back to Amagansett so I can have my Mary’s fix. For breakfast, there is nothing better than the bacon, egg and cheese on a gluten-free bagel, with a refreshing juice or smoothie. For the breakfast-pastry lovers, Mary’s always carries GF options; I for one am a fan of the gluten-free and vegan apple cake. Other GF breakfast options include the arepas, frittata, and steel-cut oatmeal. For lunch, you HAVE to order the veggies! Roasted broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, squash, and more are offered and can be purchased by the pound! The veggies are fresh and healthy, and the perfect lunch for those who aren’t in the mood for a sandwich. Speaking of sandwiches, Mary’s also has gluten-free bread!

Yes, the lines can be long, especially on a Saturday in July, but the food is well worth the wait. And yes, the food is pricy, but that’s expected of any deli in the Hamptons! Whether you go to Mary’s for a juice, coffee, breakfast sandwich or veggie-filled lunch, you won’t be disappointed!
