So here's what we think...

Two Boots might seem like your typical pizza chain, but they are far from so. Not only do they create pizzas with innovative flavor combinations, but they also offer gluten-free, and even dairy-free options as well. We are more than excited to report that Two Boots has 7 locations in NYC alone, and they also deliver for free! I never thought that I would find a gluten free, vegan pizza that could be delivered to my apartment door, but I guess in New York City, anything is possible!…

Two Boots has a variety of creatively named pies that are available on the menu. They offer everything from the “Earth Mother,” a veggie pie, to “The Baron” with cajun sausage and bacon. I try not to eat dairy, so my favorite is the “V for Vegan” with two types of vegan pestos, artichokes, mushrooms and Daiya non-dairy cheese. Two Boots is very vegan-friendly and many of the pies can be made vegan upon request. They even offer vegan mozzarella and vegan ricotta! It is also possible to create your own pizza; there are a ton of GF topping options, and as long as you steer clear from the Andouille sausage and the eggplant you will be okay. Every pizza can be made on GF crust for $2 extra; the crust is thin and definitely one of the better GF crusts I’ve had.

I’m pretty sure everyone has pizza cravings, and even the gluten and dairy-intolerant deserve to have a lazy pizza and movie night. Two Boots is basically the answer to my pizza prayers. My only wish is that they would stay open later. If you have any dietary restrictions, or even if you don’t, definitely give Two Boots a try!
