I posted a teaser of these on my stories yesterday and my inbox was flooded with recipe requests! not only are they gluten free, but they are dairy-free and NUT-FREE, too! I truly love making banana bread, whatever the season, and these are a total must for your next baking session. I tried to make them as allergy-friendly as possible! they are SOOOO good!
1.5 Cups All-Purpose GLUTEN FREE Flour
¾ Cup Organic Cane Sugar
2 RIPE Bananas
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ Cup Olive Oil
Dash of Cinnamon
Cook for 18-20 mins at 350 and the most delicious, soft, and perfectly sweet muffins await! ps- feel free to make subs! ex- coconut sugar for cane sugar, dairy-free butter for olive oil etc. ENJOY!
