WHO GREW UP EATING COOKIE CAKES?! I honestly can’t remember a single mall trip where I didn’t leave without a slice of my favorite kind of pie from Mrs. Fields!! The ooey, gooey, smells so good, slices of perfection are forever imprinted on my mind, and I can’t believe its taken me ten years of NOBREAD to make this. Meet my “4 Ingredient Cookie Pizza” which is a beautiful mix of my Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls and Ooey Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies. Enjoy!! And can someone let me know if Mrs. Fields still exists?!
Recipe:
1.5 Cup Almond Flour
1/4 C + 2 T Maple Syrup
2/3 Cup Almond Butter
Dairy-free Chocolate Chips!
(Coconut Oil to melt chocolate if needed. )
Combine all ingredients and roll out into a circle. Freeze and slice away! Drizzle chocolate on top for extra goo.
Eat it raw, or if you want that cake touch, put it in the oven at 350°. I pulled it out after 8 to 10 minutes and it was a half baked cookie. My mind is blown. Highly recommend.
