IT’S HERE, IT’S HERE. We posted this recipe on social media a few weeks ago and the response was AMAZING. Not only is this recipe so aesthetically pleasing, but it is truly delicious and such a fun date-night idea. Introducing: Sushi Crispy Rice, to satisfy all of your sushi cravings. You’ve seen my at-home sushi nights and famous sushi burritos, and now we can add this into the mix! The recipe may seem daunting, but it is truly so easy! ENJOY!!
What You Will Need:
4 cups boiled sushi rice
1/2 cup white rice vinegar
1 T sugar (optional)
sushi grade salmon
What You Will Do:
After boiling your rice add the rice vinegar and mix. Add the rice to an 8 x 8 pan. Press evenly.
Freeze rice for one hour. Cut into rectangles. Fry the rice on a skillet with olive oil.
When both sides are golden brown, Remove the crispy rice and place it on a paper towel to soak the excess oil.
Stack your avocado and salmon/tuna on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and crispy onion flakes. Enjoy!! Dip in soy sauce (optional)
