Double Chocolate HALLOWEEN Pumpkin Blondies!! Growing up my parents laid into me (as they should have) not to take any already opened packages or baked good etc, but all i wanna do is bake for the kids in my neighborhood!! I’ll stick to handing out candy, but that means more blondies for me!! This is a take of my classic blondies, but using oat flour so they can be nut-free, too!
Recipe:
1.5 C Oat Flour
3/4 C Pumpkin
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
lots of mini vegan choc chips!!
Dash of Salt
Bake at 350 for 22 minutes. let it cool (or don’t) and enjoy!!
