I use the Coconut & Chai Spice Collection and White Nectarine & Pear Collection on a day to day to keep my hair (it’s dyed black) color protected and nourished. It’s fun changing up the shampoo and conditioner combinations depending on my current hair goals!!
The foodie in me loves Hair Food sooo much, I had to make a Hair Food inspired Smoothie recipe!
1 Cup Nut Milk
1 Scoop Vanilla Collagen
Handful of Spinach
1/4 Cup frozen blueberries
toppings: GF granola, coconut shavings, chia seeds
