Banana Pancakes

INTRODUCING THE MOST DELICIOUS, HEALTHY BREAKFAST I HAVE EVER MADE! Would you believe me if I said these amazing pancakes are flourless, gluten-free, and dairy-free, and they have no added sugar? Not only will they take you just 5 minutes or so to make, but they will also leave you full for hours!

What You Need:
1 Ripe Banana
2 Eggs
A Pinch of Salt
A Pinch of Baking Powder
A Pinch of Vanilla

What You Will Do:
In a small bowl, mash the banana until (relatively) smooth.
In a separate bowl, beat two eggs until they are mixed.
Combine the banana and egg.
Add Salt, Baking Powder, and Vanilla, and mix well.
On a griddle (heat on medium), pour four small circles of batter. Let it sit, and when the top starts to bubble, flip!
Stack up your pancakes, and top with Maple Syrup, Banana, Walnuts, and more!

You should be able to make 8 small pancakes with this recipe!
