What You Need:
1 Ripe Banana
2 Eggs
What You Will Do:
In a small bowl, mash the banana until (relatively) smooth.
In a separate bowl, beat two eggs until they are mixed.
Combine the banana and egg.
On a griddle (heat on medium), pour four small circles of batter. Let it sit, and when the top starts to bubble, flip!
Stack up your pancakes, and top with Maple Syrup, Peanut Butter, Nuts, and more!
