What You Will Need:
1 1/4 Cups Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup Melted Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
1 3/4 Cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Sea Salt
What You Will Do:
In a bowl, combine Coconut Milk, Coconut Oil, and Maple Syrup.
In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients: GF Oats, GF Flour, Baking Powder, and Sea Salt.
Pour wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients, and combine all!
To make your waffles ‘Funfetti’ style, add sprinkles to the waffles as they cook in the waffle maker!
For the ultimate ‘Funfetti’ experience, top your waffles with Vanilla icing! Hey, throw in a birthday candle while you’re at it!
This recipe can also be used to make pancakes!
