And they’re only FOUR ingredients!! Have you ever been in the mood for cookies, but don’t have the time to bake them or you don’t have all the ingredients in your cabinet? Well fear not with these no-bake Cookie Dough Bites. Not only do only call for FOUR ingredients, but they are four that you likely already have in your cabinets! These bites are gluten-free, vegan, and a forever crowd favorite!!
What You Will Need:
3/4 Cup Almond Flour
3 T Maple Syrup
1/3 Cup Almond Butter
Dairy-free Chocolate Chips!
Optional: you can amp these up a bit with 1 tsp vanilla extract and sea salt! I was out of vanilla, and they’re totally yum without salt!
What You Will Do:
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, maple syrup, and almond butter.
Fold in your chocolate chips!
Roll into 10 small bites and place on parchment paper.
Freeze for 20-30 minutes!
Melt Chocolate Chips (use a dash of coconut oil to help with the melting if necessary)
One by one, roll your cookie dough balls in the melted chocolate. I like to cover 5 with chocolate, and leave 5 as is.
Freeze again for 20-30, and enjoy! Keep balls in freezer until you are ready to eat them so they don’t melt!
