I made these Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Bunches for Ben and he LOVED them!! Topped with fried egg and inspired by the many brunch menus I’ve seen them on! I’m always an omelette girl, but I’ve been on a bizarre bacon kick for the last 6 months so I just had to give these a try. The verdict: delicious!!
Recipe:
Dress asparagus in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and separate into bunches.
Wrap one raw turkey bacon slice around each bunch.
Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes.
Top with fried eggs.
Serve and enjoy!
