OH MY NOSTALGIA!! Did anyone else LIVE for Black & White Cookies in their gluten-eating days?! WELL, I just remade my childhood faves and made them gluten-free and vegan!! I CANNOT tell you how delicious these are!!
6 Tablespoon Coconut Oil (melted)
1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar
2 Tablespoon Almond Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
2 Cups Almond Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Vegan chocolate and vegan white chocolate (I use enjoy life for both)
After you make your cookies (cook at 350 for 9 mins), melt your chocolates using coconut oil. After the cookies have cooled, dip or paint your cookies in each of the chocolate. Place in the refrigerator and let the chocolate harden. Don’t worry, your cookies will still be SUPER gooey!! Enjoy and let the reminiscing begin.
