What You Will Need:
6-8 oz wild or organic salmon
1 T garlic powder
1 T onion powder
1 T paprika
1 T chili powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
What You Will Do:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Combine all herbs/spices and toss.
Pour onto a plate, and roll salmon over it, coating it thoroughly.
Bake salmon for 12.5 mins (6 oz piece. May beed 1-2 mins longer for larger or thicker cut)
Plate and serve!
