Okay so we’ve done Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites and Funfetti Bites, and I think we can all agree, 2021 is the year of bites on NOBREAD. So as you will agree, it was only natural that I combine these two magical creations, and introduce my Double Chocolate Birthday Cake Bites!! I mean, they really need no introduction nor an explanation, so all I will say is get ready to devour your next obsession!
What You Will Need:
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1/4 Cup Cacao Powder
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1/3 Cup + 2T Almond Butter
Dairy-free Chocolate Chips!
Coconut Oil for melting
Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract
What You Will Do:
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, cacao, maple syrup, and almond butter.
Fold in some sprinkles and mini chips!
Roll into ~10 small bites and place on parchment paper.
Freeze for 20-30 minutes!
Melt Chocolate Chips (use a spoonful of coconut oil to help with the melting)
One by one, roll your cookie dough balls in the melted white chocolate.
Freeze again for 20-30, and enjoy! Keep balls in freezer until you are ready to eat them so they don’t melt!
