Earlier this year, I introduced my Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites, and instantly they were one of the most popular recipes on my website. Partly for their convenience (they’re so easy to make), but mostly for their DELICIOUSNESS. I have a friend’s birthday coming up, and in thinking about what to make her the choice was clear. Cookie Dough Bites… but BIRTHDAY edition. Introducing my Funfetti Cookie Dough Bites!
What You Will Need:
3/4 Cup Almond Flour
3 T Maple Syrup
1/3 Cup Almond Butter
Dairy-free White Chocolate Chips!
Coconut Oil
Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract
What You Will Do:
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, maple syrup, and almond butter.
Fold in your sprinkles!
Roll into 10 small bites and place on parchment paper.
Freeze for 20-30 minutes!
Melt White Chocolate Chips (use a spoonful of coconut oil to help with the melting)
One by one, roll your cookie dough balls in the melted white chocolate.
Freeze again for 20-30, and enjoy! Keep balls in freezer until you are ready to eat them so they don’t melt!
