I excuse my chocolate-filled recipe feed for a salmon dish that is going to blow your mind. Recently I was out to dinner and although I asked for my salmon “simply grilled,” I was served a Lemon Maple Glaze salmon and with one mouthful I knew I needed to recreate it. Lemon and lemon juice are my go-to salmon dressing, but recently I’ve been a bit bored of it. I’ve been needing an extra kick, and I officially found it. Maple if my favorite clean sugar, so this combo is a force!
What You Will Need:
One cut of salmon
2 T Lemon Juice
2 T Maple Syrup
1 T Apple Cider Vinegar
1 T Olive Oil
Dash of Salt and Pepper
What You Will Do:
Mix your lemon juice, maple, apple cider, salt, pepper, and olive oil and pour over your salmon.
Place lemon slices on top for some extra lemon love while baking!
If you are cooking a 6 oz piece of salmon, my rule of thumb is 12.5 mins at 400 degrees F.
Recently I was introduced to the Yummly thermometer for cooking, and ever since I bought it I refuse to cook without it. Linking here. Code NOBREAD10 for 10% off.
Remove from the oven, and enjoy!
