Last year you all went wild for our Sugar-Free Sweet Potato Brownies, so it dawned on us, why not make them with Pumpkin?? I mean it is pumpkin season after all! These babies are sugar-free, but you can totally add chocolate chips WITH sugar if you feel you need the kick. I think these are the perfect, better-for-you option for your upcoming holiday parties!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
1/2 Cup pumpkin puree
4 T Almond Butter
3 T Cacao Powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking soda
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Whisk one egg, and combine with pumpkin puree, almond butter, cacao powder, vanilla, and baking soda.
Top with sugar-free chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 for 20 mins and let it cool for 10 mins.
