Last year we sat down on New Years Eve and wrote out everything we wanted to accomplish and manifest for the year. Then one month into the year we were hit with a mudslide, Ben had an unexpected surgery, a work endeavor fell through; the list went on. Honestly, it felt like life just didn’t want to go our way. But that’s life !! This year I’m writing down all the things I hope to achieve, but with no stress or hopes or expectations. Just appreciation for the life and love we continue to build. And the trust that all of our dreams and intentions will come true… In the right time.

I know- you’re sick of hearing me talk about it, but start your day with protein! My health (per bloodwork and generally how im feeling) is the best it’s ever been, and I really credit it to my protein + wellness routine! A huge part of my wellness routine includes my supplements, and I’m so happy to announce @grunsdaily is now at Sprouts nationwide!!
