The Top 4 Things I did to balance my hormones!! As I’m sure many of you remember, I’ve dealt with my fair share of hormone imbalance. About a year ago I made a video specifically about my testosterone dominance, but now that I’m all balanced out, I want to talk about the key things I do to keep ALL hormones balanced. I just got my most recent labs back and I am BEYOND thrilled with where I’m at, and these are the methods to thank.

Just a plate of bacon to start my day 🥓😍

Shifting to a protein-focused diet and lifestyle has completely transformed my health. I always ate “well” and “clean,” but I was doing it all wrong! For years I continued to be ‘bloated’ and I was always dealing with a random something.

I knew I needed to kick up the protein, and kick up the meat. I mean, one quick google search will tell you all the benefits ie muscle health (important for the present and our FUTURE), important nutrients like iron and zinc, essential fatty acids, feeling fuller longer- the list goes on. Between protein and weights (thanks hubby), I can confidently say I eat more, but feel leaner and stronger than ever?!

I post this because I feel like there are many people in my community that may still be a little spooked to jump on the meat and weights train, but please let me be living proof! Xx #nobread #protein #weighttraining #glutenfree

WILD NEWS out of cereal world this week and we NEED to talk about it!! 🥣 What started as a social media mission is now making national news, and I’m here to debrief.

The American Food system is broken, and companies like Kellogg’s are using dangerous artificial ingredients and toxins in their mass market products targeted towards children. Preservatives like BHT and artificial coloring are linked to severe behavioral and autoimmune issues. I’m thankful to the activists who are at Kellogg HQ as we speak, with 400,000+ signatures, demanding change. I’m also thankful to the better-for- companies out there who refuse to sacrifice quality in their ingredients.

We all know I deal with Celiac and autoimmune, but a story I never told is how in 2nd/3rd grade I was “below expectations” on state exams and placed in “extra attention” reading classes. I didn’t have a problem with reading, I had a problem with brain fog. With diet and lifestyle changes, that same girl graduated in the top percentage of an Ivy League university. What we put in our bodies is so so powerful, and I couldn’t support this mission more.
