I hate to ruin it for you… but healthy is a life of BALANCE. I was having a conversation with a friend the other day, and I was telling them how I really just like my “system.” in my teens and 20s I was always trying too hard to be a certain way, taking “health“ too seriously.

Now in my 30s I truly have never felt better. And it’s because I live my life completely in balance. I eat what I want, work out only when I want, do lots of fun activities, and definitely never pass on dessert… And plot twist. I’ve never felt stronger, more comfortable in my body, or happier! Healthy is when you truly FEEL good, give your body what it needs and wants, and when you LET GO. xx #nobread #balance

A letter to younger me. ✍️💞😇

Meat isn’t “hurting” your stomach. The lack of meat is. I’ve never been healthier in my life than I’ve been the last 2+ years, and how I fuel my body is to thank.

Your perfect person DOES exist. Don’t settle.

Ditch the scale. I haven’t weighed myself since 2019?? probably most life changing decision I’ve ever made for my mental/physical health. eat freely and be happy. there is no number that could POSSIBLY define you.

Ignore the doubters. Dream so big that people call you crazy. and make dreams so big that they scare you!! And yes this is the first photo i ever posted of my face on NOBREAD. Accurate…

You don’t need dozens of devices and appointments to be a certain way. Pick a couple that make your soul feel good and do those. Oh gosh and avoid TRENDS. like keto 😆 and yes, I love red light.

Lastly, I know it’s cliche, and when you’re “in it” you don’t want to hear it... but it. all. works. out.
